• By using the Service, you confirm that:

2. Account Registration

Some features may require an account created with a third-party provider (Apple ID, Google, etc.). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Breathr offers subscription-based features with recurring charges.

By subscribing, you:

• Authorize Apple (App Store) to charge your selected payment method.
• Understand that subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Acknowledge that no refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.
• Can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

4. Data Collection & Use

By using the Service, you agree that Breathr may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Account information (email, age range, and optional gender).
• Wellness tracking data (e.g., usage, milestones, streaks).
• Technical and engagement data (device, crash logs, analytics).

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data unless required by law to retain it.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
• Upload harmful, malicious, or offensive content.
• Use the Service in ways that compromise user safety or app performance.

7. Intellectual Property

• App design, features, branding, and software.
• Text, logos, icons, UI/UX assets, and code.

The Service may use or link to third-party tools (e.g., Apple, Google, Firebase) and websites.

Breathr is not responsible for the content, practices, or data handling of these third parties.

Use of their services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Health Disclaimer

Breathr is a wellness and motivational tool. It is not a medical app and does not provide professional medical or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified health provider for medical treatment or decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathr and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
• Damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Business Transfers & Legal Compliance

If Breathr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity under the same protections.
